Road Directions

The country house Huerta de Nicolás is situated in the mountains above Alozaina at just 1 km from the centre of this town, which has a really privileged and very central ubication in the region Sierra de las Nieves. You drive up to the house on a cemented track, which parts directly from the road A 354 Casarabonela-Alozaina.

As the entrance to the house is locked by a iron portal with automatic system, the house owner will meet you in the restaurant/bar “La Jaca” to bring you from there to the house, show you around and hand over all the keys and the remote control for the electric portal.

From Malaga take the speed road A357 direction Cártama/Campillos/Parque Tecnológico. After around 15 km the speedway turns into a normal road. Stay on it until you find at km 40,50 to your left the crossroad to Zalea/Casarabonela/Alozaina/Yunquera (A354). Turn left and stay on this road for the next 10 km. Before arriving in the town of Casarabonela the road A354 turns left. The sign indicates direction Alozaina. Please turn left here. After 8 km you arrive at a big roundabout with a gasoline station. Drive all around the roundabout and you will see just passed the gasoline station the entrance to the parking of the bar/restaurant “La Jaca”. Here Paqui Cieza will wait for you to bring you to the house Huerta de Nicolás in the mountains above the village.

From Marbella choose the road A355 direction Coín. Once in the town take the road A366 direction Ronda/Alozaina/Tolox. After around 20 km you arrive at a big roundabout with a gasoline station. Pass the first exit (which enters the village of Alozaina) and you will see just passed the gasoline station the entrance to the parking of the bar/restaurant “La Jaca”. Here Paqui Cieza will wait for you to bring you to the house Huerta de Nicolás in the mountains above the village.

From Seville take the road A 376 to Ronda. Pass the city on the bypass until you arrive on a big roundabout with traffic lights. Change here to the road A366 direction El Burgo. Stay on this road - passing the villages El Burgo and Yunquera - until you arrive at a big roundabout with a gasoline station, which allows you to continue to Coín and Marbella or to turn left on to the road A354 direction Casarabonela. Drive around the roundabout like if you want to turn left direction Casarabonela and you will see just passed the gasoline station the entrance to the parking of the bar/restaurant “La Jaca”. From any of the other villages of the Sierra de las Nieves you approach Alozaina on the roads A 366 (Marbella-Ronda) or A 354 (Casarabonela-Alozaina) until you arrive at the central point of the whole region – the big roundabout of Alozaina, with the gasoline station. Drive around the roundabout like if you want to turn left direction Casarabonela and you will see just passed the gasoline station the entrance to the parking of the bar/restaurant “La Jaca”.
