New construction complex inaugurated in 2007 composed by 35 two-bedrooms apartments (one with double bed and the other with twin beds) and 15 three-bedrooms apartments (one with double bed and two with twin beds). All the apartments have terrasse and they are equipped with high quality furniture. Kitchen with oven, microwave oven, vitroceramic hob (4 hotplates), washing machine, dishwasher, full cutlery, dishes, iron and board for ironing. Refrigerator with freezer compartment.
All the apartments have two complete bathrooms with hairdryer in the main one.
Each apartment has a private parking place (free of charge) with direct access from the garage to the apartments through lift.

Cleaning and towels change three times per week in Summer and twice in Winter. Sheets change once per week.

Reception is located in the Atalayas de Riviera complex. Open everyday from 10 to 23 h. For arrivals out of this time, it is necessary to notify the approximate arrival time.

In Calahonda there are two golf courses (18 holes): Miraflores Golf and Cala Nova Golf and one sports center with tennis courts, sauna, gymnasium... (on payment).
