The Costa del Sol Tourist Board is a non-profit body, based in the province of Malaga, which has created and maintains this website in order to provide tourist information about the province to visitors to the province of Malaga and its Costa del Sol. This information may also be of use to professionals working in the tourism industry. The information contained here, whether text, images or files, is protected by current copyright legislation and the reproduction of this information, be it in whole or in part, by any means, without express authorisation, is strictly prohibited. Even with the aforementioned authorisation, all profit motivated commercial use of the text or images contained within this website remains stritly prohibited.
2. This website consist of a tourist area and a professional area. Within the tourist area all reproduction, of whatever type and in whatever format, is strictly prohibited. Within the professional area, tourist indsutry professionals will be able to find a database of images and another of tourism texts which they are welcome to use, as long as these are not put to commercial use for individual profit. In order to make use of this textual and graphic information it is necessary to fulfil the following conditions of use:
