Manolo Maeso"s lecture "local ecological products:a healthy alternative" belongs to a group of events that Grupo de Desarrollo Rural Valle del Guadalhorce, through its project Parque Agrario Valle del Guadalhorce, organices in the province of Malaga. It is about the benefits of local and ecological food. Maeso counts on a wide experience in restaurant industry as well as in teaching Malaga cuisine. He collaborates in book publishing, radio programmes and press news.
