¼kg of cod

Start to grill the cod after leaving it to soak for a period of time. This length of time should be dependent on the size of the piece. Afterwards, drain the cod and break it into small pieces.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into fairly small pieces so that they boil as quickly as possible. When ready, take them off the heat.
Next peel the oranges, trying to remove all the white of the skin. Then cut them into pieces but leave some segments slightly larger for decoration.
Cut the spring onion into thin slices.
To plate up, put all the ingredients into a dish and season them. Be generous with the oil! Lastly, garnish with the orange segments and parsley.
