Easter Week in Malaga 2018: Good Friday

Good Friday commemorates the death of Jesus of Nazareth on the cross. Despite of the contrasts, Good Friday is the most unitary day of the Holy Week. The eight 'Cofradías' (Brotherhoods) dress in black and have a procession to mourn the Virgen.
There are eight processions which can be seen in Malaga on that day:
Sorrows of San Juan: Leaving at 5:50pm from the Parish Church of 'San Juan Bautista' (City centre).
Mount Calvary: Leaving at 3:00pm from the Chapel of 'Monte Calvario' (La Victoria neighbourhood).
Descent: Leaving at 4:45pm from the Chapel of the 'Sagrado Descendimiento' (La Malagueta neighbourhood).
The Solitude of San Pablo: Leaving at 6:45pm from the 'Parish Church of San Pablo Apóstol' (La Trinidad Neighbourhood).
Love: Leaving at 5:45pm from the Basilica and Royal Shrine of 'Nuestra Señora de la Victoria' (La Victoria Neighbourhood).
Piety: Leaving at 7:35pm from the Chapel of the 'Cruz del Molinillo' (Barrio de capuchinos; Molinillo).
Holy Sepulchre: Leaving at 8pm from the 'Abadía del Cister' (Cistercian Abbey) (City centre).
Servite Order: Leaving at 10:25pm from the Parish Church of 'San Felipe Neri' (Barrio de capuchinos; Molinillo).
