Shopping Center La Trocha
La Trocha covers an area of 45,000 m 2 built, 1,100 free parking spaces, more than 50 stores and a total of 24,000 m2 of gardens and trees.
We are the first shopping center to be certified Environmental Management System by AENOR. Trying to pass legislation in a reasonable manner, in order to minimize environmental impacts and contribute positively to sustainable development and conservation of our region.
For this reason supports the prevention of climate change, and commitment to renewable energy using part of the deck with an installation of photovoltaic panels, generating electricity for about 46 homes a year.

Strategically located in the heart of the Guadalhorce Valley, in the town of Coin, 25 km from the Costa del Sol and another 25 km of Malaga, next to the main road junction of the Shire.
