Marbella, a Michelin Star paradise

Marbella has the highest concentration of Michelin Star restaurants in Málaga province. Here you can try the delicious haute cuisine of Dani García, one of Spain's best known chefs. His restaurant boasts two Michelin Stars and is situated in Marbella's Golden Mile.

Skina, one of the smallest Michelin Star restaurants in the world, is tucked away in the typical Andalusian streets of Marbella's old quarter. With only five tables available inside booking in advance is essential.

Another of Marbella's Michelin star classics is El Lago, a benchmark for Andalusian cuisine. The dishes here combine traditional flavours with modern culinary techniques. The result is nothing short of spectacular.

Also in Marbella is the Messina restaurant, based on a creative cookery concept and signature cuisine. The menu offers original and exquisite dishes. Could you ask for more?

In Málaga capital: Michelin Star cuisine with sea views

Málaga's Michelin Star is José Carlos García. His restaurant is situated in Muelle Uno, where you can also find the best views of the city. It's an absolute must if you want to experience the last word in culinary experiences. The chef is committed to local cuisine and using local produce. Traditional flavours with a healthy sprinkling of creativity.

The Caviar Chef: fresh water cuisine in Fuengirola

Diego Gallegos is one of the breakthrough chefs to recently gain a place on the Costa del Sol's Michelin Star list. Popularly known as the Caviar Chef, he favours the use of fresh water fish in his culinary creations, although caviar is the star of his kitchen. His restaurant, El Sollo, is in Fuengirola and is not to be missed if you want to enjoy a variety of original and surprising flavours.
