The Comares Tourist Office, located in the region of Axarquia, is located in the City Council of the municipality, where visitors can get all the tourist information they need.
Road Directions
One route to reach the part of the capital Comares, Málaga, is the old road to Colmenar, A-6103, to the Puerto del León (960 m). Inmediately after you have to take the MA-166, which will turn into the MA-165, to Comares. The landscape which this route passes is superb.
The other route from the Mediterranean highway, where you have to take the A-335 direction Velez-Alhama de Granada. At the height of Trapiche you have to turn at the MA-145 and, after Benamargosa, followed by the MA-169, which leads directly to Comares.
Once in town, City Hall Plaza is located at Plaza Balcón de la Axarquía.
