The Funamviolistas

The Funamviolistas is a group of three artists, which came about thanks to the determination and artistic renovation process of its members, and their meeting with director, Rafael Ruiz. Set up as a company, they foster crowdfunding which channels the economic support of 113 patrons. The Funamviolistas gave their first performance in 2013 and immediately gained the acclaim of specialised critics and public enthusiasm.??
The repertoire features Vivaldi, Grieg, Massenet, Bizet, Piazzolla, Rita Pavone, classic themes from films, jazz and the Argentinean tango, whilst telling the ups and downs of three women who are thrown out of their orchestras and end up on a bench on a street of any city.
