Pablo Revidiego: Kublai Kan Listens

"Kublai Kan Listens" is an exhibition by Pablo Caro Revidiego (Málaga 1987). The artist brings together a collection of works which are connected by the work of the writer Italo Calvino, uniting a series of unpublished drawings in time and in space, created at different times and stages of the artist's life, with other illustrations created specifically for the exhibition. They all have the realistic and dreamlike style which is characteristic of this illustrator.

The Mahatma Showroom art gallery enables emerging artists from different disciplines (painting, sculpture, architecture, comics, engravings, industrial design and furnishings, etc.) to display their work. It is therefore a versatile venue where short films and documentaries are screened and there are performances and micro-theatre.
