Photography exhibition Intimate Brenan

Gerald Brenan House hosts the exhibition 'Brenan íntimo(s)', a photography show covering the social life of Gerald Brenan and the writers, tourists, adventurers and musicians of the 60s who converted the Costa del Sol, into a unique phenomenon. "Brenan íntimo(s)" features 18 photographs shown for the first time, rescuing part of the collection of images of this British painter Anne Wright, who lived on the Costa del Sol during the 60s.

The exhibit offers images unedited by the writer, his spouse Gamel Woolsey and some of the friends that frequented Brenan"s house, such as John Whitworth, Bayard and Anita Osborn, Clare Rabe, Lord Timothy Willoughby de Eresby and Freddy Wildman. The exhibit can be visited Wednesdays and Thursdays 16:00 to 21:00 and Fridays 11:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 21:00. A unique opportunity to learn first hand the lifestyle of this writer who settled in Churriana.
