For ten days, Malaga transforms into the epicentre of Spanish cinema between the 10 and 19 March. Festival de Málaga, in its 26th edition, is an unforgettable experience, bringing the most cutting-edge Spanish and Latin American cinema to the city. Started in 1998, this film festival aims to promote and celebrate cinema from the Spanish and Portuguese-speaking worlds in all their glory: feature films, short films, documentaries, and animation will all be there. This year the Sección Oficial comprises 22 films, including director Elvira Lindo’s debut  'Alguien que cuide de mí', which will take the position of opening film. Festival de Málaga waits with open arms so go and enjoy the big screen and the magic it conjures up.
