Holy Week festivities come to Coín in 2023 from the 2 until the 9 April with all the locals heading out to the streets to admire the beautifully adorned religious figures. The services will take place in San Juan Bautista church, San Andrés church and San Sebastián church, where you can see religious ceremonies almost everyday. What’s more, there’ll be processions on certain days, including on Palm Sunday, Holy Wednesday, Maundy Thursday, and Good Friday. The brotherhoods and confraternities prepare the decorated floats for the processions, upholding a centuries-old tradition. Visit Coín during this very special time and admire Holy Week in all its beauty.
