Iglesia de Nuestra Señora del Socorro
The Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church is one of Casabermeja's most significant sites. It dates back to the 16th century when the authorities authorised resettlement of the era. Construction began when the settlers needed a Catholic church for the community. The original building shows modern era architectural characteristics you can find in other churches built at the same time throughout the Diocese of Málaga, with the last modification made in the 18th century. One of the most critical changes has been to add space. The church is responding to population growth in Casabermeja and the increasing number of worshippers coming to this church.
