Iglesia de San Miguel Arcángel
The 16th-century San Miguel Arcángel Church went under a significant renovation that changed its structure. The church got destroyed in 1936 and got rebuilt with its current structure and architecture sometime later. It takes the shape of a Latin cross without a side aisle, while its standout facade combines the semicircular arch with the Tuscan pilasters. Also, you can see the wrought-iron balcony, the niche with the image of its patron Saint Michael the Archangel and the bell tower made up of three bodies. It is an architectural jewel due to its age and the history it represents for the town of Guaro.
