Alminar de Daimalos
Dating back to the 13th century, the Muslim minaret of Daimalos is one of the oldest in Spain. Declared a Site of Cultural Interest in 2004, the minaret is enclosed in the bell tower of Nuestra Señora de la Concepción church. It is very narrow inside the minaret, as only the muezzin was allowed to enter. The current-day church is built on the mosque. The church's interior is for the most part covered by frescoes dating back to the 18th century.
