Casa Museo Axarquía
The Axarquia museum is in a privileged corner of the Costa del Sol. The five-storey building mainly consists of demolition material from old local houses. It has a very striking coloured roof, a weather vane hoe, wood carvings of the typical elements of the region and many works of art.
You can see an exhibit ranging from farming equipment to works from Axarquía native painters and sculptors such as Francisco Hernandez, Evaristo Guerra, Antonio Hidalgo, Segovia Paez, Ganfornina, Javier Navarta, Macu, Magdalena Romero and others.
