Cortijo Miraflores Cultural Centre

Tomás Francisco Domínguez supervised the construction of the Cortijo Miraflores, which began in 1704. It has a spectacular garden with a variety of exotic plants from the Philippines. It’s worth mentioning there are Cycas Revoluta.

Inside the facility, we can find a windmill that was working well into the 19th century. Today it’s a museum with a variety of grinding machines preserved in perfect condition. The Cultural Centre also houses the historical section of the Marbella Municipal Archives.
