Getting to know the real story behind Málaga’s customs means going inside the Unicaja Museum of Arts and Popular Traditions. The museum’s 19 rooms represent the province’s life in its cities and towns through the Costa del Sol’s day-to-day life, traditions, folklore, tools, festivals and other components of about the towns daily life.
The museum in the heart of Málaga’s historic centre opened in 1961 in the Mesón de la Victoria; a 17th-century building declared a Good of Cultural Interest. You’ll be able to find collections and files like textiles, foundry, goldsmithing, ceramics, clay or religious articles.
