The owners of Bodega F. Schatz have devoted their lives to viticulture in northern Italy ever since 1641. In 1982, Friedrich Schatz came to Ronda to start growing grapes on three hectares of land. All the wines produced by the winery are eco-friendly and defined by a diverse fruity notes. The production process is regularly checked by the sustainable inspection body, Comité Andaluz de Agricultura Ecológica.The family chose this plot of land for its microclimate and the balance achieved in the wine following the wine making process. You can go on guided tours of the vines and winery as well as taste the 4 to 6 wines produced by the family.
