- 200 gr of raw almonds
- 2 garlic cloves
- 150 gr of breadcrumbs
- 100 ml of extra virgin olive oil
- 30 ml of vinegar
- Pinch of salt (to taste)
- 1 litre of water
- Muscat grapes

Step by step
1. Soak the bread into cold water so that the crumb softens. Remove the crust and set aside.
2. Boil a little water and, once hot, add the almonds. Once soaked for a few minutes, start to remove the skin.
3. In a mortar, mash the peeled almonds together with the garlic cloves and a pinch of salt.
4. Add the soaked bread and make a dough, then add the extra virgin oil.
