Share

Parque Natural de Alcornocales was named a natural park in 1989. Straddling the provinces of Malaga and Cádiz, the park is a mountainscape that constitutes the end of the Penibaetic System.

Its position and height create a variety of microclimates that give life to many diverse plant species, such as olive trees, cork oaks and Portuguese oaks. It is also home to all sorts of animals, such as eagle owls, owlets, griffon vultures, deer and wild boar.
