Chestnut and Wine Festival

Just like every October, Yunquera celebrates its traditional Chestnut and Wine Festival. Its aim is to honour this typical autumnal product and the wine which is produced locally all year round. 
The most typical mountain products are on offer in the town square which also hosts many activities such as the cooking competition, the wine pressing and the tasting of the town’s typical dish, malconcinao, which is made with chickpeas, bacon, tripe, chorizo and black pudding.
