Expression of Nature

The exhibition entitled "Gesto de la naturaleza" (Expression of nature) is curated by the contemporary art collective GACMA and the recently-opened culture space La Térmica. The exhibition includes a number of series, the first of which, "Lanzarote", is characterised by the colour black and features elements such as dogs, monkeys, algae, pine trees and other landscapes and figures, still lifes and even some 'pornographic' cards. The "Toros" (Bulls) series features one of Miquel Barceló's most iconic elements, the windmill, as well as some of his most popular acrostics.
