Graces of Cartajima

Cartajima lives a special and very peculiar Holy Week, when on Resurrection Sunday maintains an Antique tradition. After pealing the bells, early in the morning, Jesus Child goes out on parade and the little figure is left in an orchard. At midday, Virgen del Rosario comes out the church and goes to the same orchard, where mother and child meet together in an emotive scene. They make a little dance called "graces".
