The Museo Carromato de Mijas opened its doors for the first time in 1972. This museum was the initiative of Mr Juan Elegido Millán, who, moved by his fascination for miniatures, was collecting unique pieces. For example, in this museum you will see: dressed stuffed fleas, a ballet dancer carved from a toothpick, the seven wonders of the world on a toothpick, Lincoln's portrait on the head of a pin; among many others.
