Orchidarium Estepona (Estepona Orchid House)

Opened in March 2015, the Orchidarium, or Estepona Orchid House has Europe’s most extensive orchid collection, and one of the largest in the world. Visitors can have a closer look at this family of flower thanks to the more than 5,000 species of orchids from all over the world.

The building has two levels and has an orchid house, garden path and a landscape of 140 square metres. The facility has more than 200 square metres of vertical gardens on top of a 12-metre tall wall distributed across five different heights. Visitors can also enjoy the visual attractions like a lagoon, waterfalls or glass domes.

The Estepona Orchid House has changed Estepona’s physical appearance and turned it into a famous tourism site and aspired to become a global hotspot for plant and architecture lovers.
