El Alicate, located next to the exclusive housing development bearing the same name and the Costa Bella and Pinomar beaches, is one of the most charming spots you can find on the Costa del Sol. With a length of 850 metres and an average width of 25 metres, it forms a spectacular strip of coastline that is about two kilometres long. The beach is part of a beautiful landscape that includes pines, meadows and scrubland that provide a natural barrier. The beach gives a pleasant feeling of privacy. It is not surprising that it is considered one of the best in the area. Furthermore, this beach has been awarded the Blue Flag, a distinction awarded by the European Foundation for Environmental Education.
