Situated between the El Candado Marina and the Peñón del Cuervo beach, El Candado beach is made up of dark sand and has an extension of 200 metres in length and an average width of 30 metres.
Since it belongs to the Yacht Club and its marina, one of the oldest on the Málaga coast, it maintains a high level of occupancy by its members.
In the season visitors can enjoy the services of renting sunbeds and umbrellas. The beach's location in a semi-urban area gives it a more intimate character. It is considered a good alternative for visitors in search of a nude beach.
