It's 150 metres long with an average width of about 80 metres, making it one of the most popular spots. It stands out for its fine sand and moderate swells, making it an excellent place for many watersports and seeing the street artists' sand sculptures.
It earned the Blue Flag award in 2017 that signals it as a high-quality beach. Blue Flag holders must meet four criteria: environmental education and information, water quality, environmental management, safety and services.
