This beach gets its name from the rock emerging from the water and towers over the beaches due to its size.
The best way to get there is by bike since there ample cycle paths that are part of the Senda Litoral and the Gran Senda de Málaga. Concerts and moragas, nighttime parties with bonfires where they cook fish on skewers are frequent. It has an area for barbecues with tables and benches to have fun. There’s also a children’s play area for the little ones to enjoy this beach that is 500 metres long.
The beach does not have beach bars or restaurants, giving it a more tranquil, familiar surrounding, making it perfect for those looking for a more quiet day away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
