The golf course at the Mijas Golf Club

Mijas Golf Club is one of the most renowned golf complexes in Europe. It is located in the Mijas Golf Valley, right by the Mediterranean and just 20 minutes away from Malaga Airport. This golf club has two high-level courses: Los Lagos and Los Olivos.

At 6,536 metres, Los Lagos is the longer of the two courses. It has spacious fairways and few forestry obstacles, but with difficulties such as the sand traps and the 9 lakes that give the club its name. Few slopes, large and even greens and wide tees allow players to increase or reduce the course difficulty at their choice.

Los Olivos is smaller and has less water obstacles than Los Lagos. Its greens are smaller, undulating and with slopes, and an abundance of olive trees throughout. Los Olivos is a course suited for players with better technical skills and higher precision in their game. Along with Los Lagos, it is one of the Costa del Sol’s most renowned commercial courses.

For those wishing to enjoy the experience of playing at Mijas Golf Club, the individual 18-hole green fee is available from €55 per person

Mijas Golf Club installations and services

Mijas Golf Club has numerous facilities located on the Costa del Sol, that were created to meet the needs of its users. The club offers all conveniences, including a driving range, vehicle rental, manual and electric trolleys, putting and chipping greens and practise bunker, Pro Shop, dressing rooms, showers, social club and public parking.

Both courses also have bathrooms and buggy bar. Practical golf technique lessons are also offered.
