- 200 gr of desalted cod loin
- 2 oranges
- 1 bunch of chives
- 1 spring onion
- 2 potatoes
- Black olives
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper

Step by step
1. Leave the unsalted cod to soak overnight. Once done, drain it and dice it. 2. Wash and peel the two oranges then cut them into wedges. 3. Chop the chives and the spring onion.4. Cut into slices the two previously-washed and cooked potatoes.5. In a bowl mix the cod, orange, chives and black olives.6. Add olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
