Description

The history of the Andalusian Federation for Developers and Residential Tourism (FAUTR in Spanish) begun far away in time. In 1977 it became in the Regional Federation of Andalusian Developers and in March of 1996 it was renamed as Andalusia Federation for Developers and Residential Tourism (FAUTR) coinciding with the designation of Ricardo Arranz de Miguel as president of the Federation.

The Federation covers the most important development and residential tourism projects in Andalusia. There are high quality projects of great land extension, infrastructures and equipment, including own golf courses, sport facilities, commercial locals, restaurants, bars, etc.
