The golf course at Real Club de Golf Valderrama
Located in Sotogrande, province of Cadiz, Real Club de Golf Valderrama is a course for true golf lovers. Designed by Robert Trent Jones in 1985, it has 18 holes and is almost 6,500 metres-long. It is considered as one of the best golf courses in the world, number 1 on Continental Europe since 1988 and awarded with the Audubon environmental certification.
This course hosts every year numerous professional tournaments, among which is the major international event for Spanish golf, the Estrella Damm NA Andalusia Masters, which is part of the European Tour Race to Dubai and brings together some of the world’s best players.
For those wishing to enjoy the experience of playing at the Real Club de Golf Valderrama, the individual 18-hole green fee is available from €450 per person.
Real Club de Golf Valderrama installations and services
The club has two restaurant areas: the Spike Bar, a perfect place for a quick breakfast or lunch before or after the game; and the Valderrama Restaurant, which offers an exquisite cuisine in an elegant setting.
The changing rooms are fully equipped, with individual lockers, showers and toiletries and the specialised shop offers any golf article that you may need.
The course also offers a driving range and a putting green for players to practise.
