XLVIII Festival Cante Grande

The 48th edition of Festival de Cante Grande de Álora is back in the carpark of Pabellón de Deportes Antonio Henares Sierra on the 5 August. This festival is held in honour of José Vázquez, also known as Pepito el de la Encarnación, and has an excellent line-up featuring the best artists out there. You can see Arcángel, Paco Almadén, Miguel Vergara (El Pibri) and María Terremoto al cante, Miguel Ángel Cortés, Nono Jero, Antonio Gámez and Niño de Aljaima on the guitar and flamenco group Macarena López al baile. The event will be presented by Paco Mateos and José Fernando Díaz will hand out the honours.
