Are you coming to Fiesta del Boquerón Victoriano 2023? This annual event, on the second Sunday in September this year, is one of the biggest gastronomic occasions in Rincón de la Victoria and in the whole province of Malaga. Locals end the summer with a homage to one of the tastiest products found in Spanish cuisine: the anchovy. Head to the town’s seafront promenade to taste this fishy delicacy. You’ll also find other local products to try and the atmosphere will feel electric thanks to the live music and dancing on display. Lastly, young chefs will experiment with using anchovies as an ingredient in their cooking as part of an intriguing cooking competition in Rincón de la Victoria. You can’t miss it.
